Capt. Rick had a 6 hour charter today for Miss Judy Charters. The water temp was 70 ° and stained to clear. Wind was 15 - 20 knots out of the Southwest. It was difficult to find clear moving water out of the wind, however the trout were hungry. Here is a picture of a 19 inch trout caught on the Inticer cork.

Super Dave Valtierra
Richard “Mo Fish” Gidrey and I started out our day in the Laguna Madre, just outside of Corpus Christi. The morning was crisp and cool and the skies were overcast. Winds were out of the South East at 10 mph and Tony D was our cameraman. We shot the trip on video and captured an awesome story on film.
We fished live shrimp under a popping cork. We used Midcoast Products Corks that are a very unique design. They require you to tie the main line and the leader to the top of the cork. We used 30 lb braided line and 40 lb mono as a leader. These Midcoast corks enabled us to make some really long casts to get our bait in the strike zone.

Report from Georgia
I headed out to do some exploring with a buddy today. We fished in the Ossabaw Sound in Georgia trying to locate a few new drops. The water temp has risen to 70 degrees and the reds are on the move. We fished live shrimp under the "Outcast" today. We boated 4 reds and a really nice flounder. I'll have to take a better camera man with me next trip.
Till next tide,
Capt. Eric Adamski

Georgia Report!
The water teperature has risen to 70 degrees. We headed out to target schooling reds on a low water flat. The wind was really gusting so we went to the "Outcast" to get the bait to the target. I was very pleased as even novice anglers were able to reach the school of fish casting into the wind and NO tangles. I couldn't have done that with any other cork. We ended up catching 5 flounder, 2 trout and over 20 redfish. What a great day on the water! Thanks Cork Guys.

Mojo announcement!
Due to product feedback we received from members of our Pro Staff and a few of our valued customers, we have realized that some of our “Mojo” corks are subject to failure.
This announcement is being issued to make all our customers aware of the potential problem. The lead weight at the bottom of the cork will possibly slide off during casting, resulting in scattered beads and a float away cork body, leaving you only a nylon coated cable, barrel swivel and a back lash! Evidently not all the leader sleeves that the lead weights are poured around were crimped with the same amount of force, enabling some of them to slide off. That will not be an issue from here forward!
To prevent the afore mentioned, prior to using one of the “Mojo” corks simply place the weight in one hand and the barrel swivel in the other and pull (hard). If it comes apart, place the pieces in an envelope and mail them to us and we will send you a new “Mojo”. If it stays in tact, enjoy fishing with it and send us pics of your catch!
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, we assure you that we at Midcoast stand behind our products and will do what is necessary to give our customers top quality in everything we produce.

Used your corks the other day .....WOW.... was I impressed, sorry I did not take any pics. Used Inticers with live baits and High Tide plastics, both specs and reds were caught. Went back to David's Tacklebox for more!

Fishin Georgia Style!
Capt. Rick had a charter today for Miss Judy Charters. The water temp was 66° and stained. The wind was blowing 15 - 20 out of the SouthEast. Much different conditions than the day before. However the good news was even though it was windy the fish really turned on with the approaching front. This was a 4 hour trip that ended right before it really started storming. We kept 5 trout 3 bluefish and 1 nice flounder. All the fish were caught on the inticer floating cork in black. These can be purchased at Adams Bait House in Thunderbolt.

Texas City Speck
A buddy of mine and I went out on April Fools Day. Hit the Dike on an afternoon wade. The action wasn't hot and heavy but we had a great time. I almost got spooled by something big and thought I was gonna lose my Outcast popping cork I love so much. We were able to cast further out to where the bait was busting. Right after my leader got broken off I tied on another and caught this BEAUTY Speck. She went 22" and FAT!!!!!! Thanks again Lane for a GREAT Cork!
